This policy describes how Locutech LLC (“Locutech,” “we,” “us”) handles information on locutech.us and in the mobile applications we publish. Locutech LLC is located at 971 US Highway 202 N, Suite R, Branchburg, NJ 08876, United States.
This website
locutech.us is an informational site. It does not use advertising cookies or analytics trackers, and it does not require an account. If you email us, we use that message and your email address to reply and to keep a record of the conversation.
Our mobile apps
Locutech builds social networking apps. Depending on the app, we may process:
- Account details, such as your name, email address, and login identifiers
- Profile information and content you post, including photos you choose to share
- Messages and other communications you send through the app
- Device and usage data needed to run the app, such as app version, crash logs, and push notification tokens
We use this information to operate the app, keep accounts secure, deliver messages and notifications, improve reliability, and comply with law. We do not sell personal information. Each app’s App Store listing describes the data that app collects.
Sharing
We share information with service providers that host the app, deliver notifications, or provide customer support, and only so they can perform that work. We may also share information if required by law, or to protect users and the service, including when someone reports abuse.
Retention
We keep account information for as long as the account is open. If you delete your account, we delete or de-identify the personal information associated with it, except where we need to retain a record for security, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.
Your choices
You may request access to, a correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing privacy@locutech.us from the email address on your account. You can also stop using an app and delete it from your device. Uninstalling an app does not by itself delete the account on our servers — send a deletion request if you want the account removed.
Children
Locutech apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, email privacy@locutech.us and we will delete it.
